You may have good Reach and Engagement, but there is always room for improvement. One way to do this is to vary the types of posts you make, and then measure how the compare to your usual types of post. Do you usually post statuses? Try pictures. Post pictures? Try links. And if you post Links perhaps try videos. Videos are one of the fastest growing media at the moment, so you are likely to get an increase in you Reach and Engagement by using these. Remember though that your content needs to be good quality and relevant – don’t try and compare a quickly made video with a beautiful photo that has taken time and effort to shot.
- Interact with your Followers
Interacting with people on your Page or Profile is a great way to demonstrate your business expertise, to show your business is friendly and approachable, and to put your business in the forefront of their minds. People remember the businesses that have given them great service, both in person and online, and will tell others about it too.
These are three things you can do in 2016 to increase your Reach and Engagement on Social Media and to get it to work even better for your business.
